But first things first, I hope you guys are having a great day and hopefully some of you guys are playing this along with me. We have a ton of new stuff to go over today, but we also have 250 days to fully experience it. So, let's see what new stuff the Meadows has to offer and move from there. Are they the most interesting things?
Platform basics
Well, it depends who you are, cuz they are building stuff. I already see new building things. Oh my god, that's so cute. Okay, they don't stack well, but like you could build like a stone.
Dude, that's so cool for little like early game bases and for like a little foundation. We also have the 67 degree roofs. That is a steep ass roof. That is a really big roof, too, I feel like.
So, that is what our roof sections look like. Now, those crazy big sections are going to be really nice for builds. We're going to build some cool stuff with these. Now, seeing new stuff early game was actually kind of unexpected.
Where to buy
Maybe the achievements part is what I expected, but new build pieces was definitely something that I was not 100% ready for, but that I was very happy to see. But the one thing that that made me want more than anything else is to see what other early game stuff there was in all of the other early biomes. So, we're going to kill some deer. We're going to kill some boar.
We're going to get all of our gear ready to start pushing further into the game. I feel like building a cool base right here with a bunch of like farms and stuff under it and a dock at the bottom. We're going to start to work on a base and like get this I think this is going to be where we start. But we're going to start by using them as a foundation for a wooden base without having a stone cutter, which I think is a beautiful idea.
Uh, I have an idea that is going to be amazing for this. So, first of all, this is probably going to get expanded at some point to be a two-story house once we have corewood stuff. Now, while the base looks nice, we also need functionality. And I think it's something so awesome that they have added to Valheim.
Editions and keys
Oh, I just noticed while getting wood, we do actually have a mountain nearby and we have a little village and we have black forest. So, this actually is not a bad building spot at all. This is like it's centralized but also far enough away from that stuff to not constantly have it outside my house, which I can appreciate. And along the way, we got a couple of our first building achievements, which is also really cool to see.
Okay, that is all of our that is all of our stuff, though. All right, elder location is Oh, the other way completely, but it could still be on the same island. With the elder location found, the next step was some armor. Well, Valheim has a habit of making it kind of difficult to display items in the game.
But these are really nice for getting stuff stuck in them because they do take a little bit more damage to break. The game has left new areas for you to find stumps where you didn't even make them. All right, with stuff smelting, a tiny bit of lighting added to the base, it is time for us to head out. A mysterious idol is brimming with the potential of the gods.
Performance
Now, the Elder itself, obviously, as you guys have seen, is not a particularly difficult fight. The Elder has been felled is such a good ending. There is no new runstone and that's for one really good reason and that's because the runstone has been here the whole time. So, obviously it hasn't been one you could actually look at and hit place item, but it has been there.
Holy [ ] What are you doing trying to parry that, you dumbass? Okay, they are done though, which means this gu is going to help us get wood. Pulled bear 37 instead of Is it a Oh, it's a mixed one. So, the rational thing is just to only be inside.
Some some if there's a gambling system in Valheim, people are going to eat it up. What kind of force can you put into this maze? And this actually happened to be two of them stacked on top of each other, which is also something that can happen. And it's so cool to know that it's not just alt biomes, but also combos that you can be looking for.
Tips
Now, the bog witch didn't seem to have anything new right off rip. Now, the really important thing other than this being done is the fact that over here, our poison meat is done. So that's kind of crazy if they have with what was seemingly no silver. For right now though, the double stacked boxes are going to be all of the regular stuff.
So seeing it as that type of variation too is really cool. All right, this is the closest point of the next mountain. So, [sighs] it is night time, but let's go try and find another node. And this will be a nice quick sail right back to base from here.
Um, but yeah, that is all of our stuff back down. Next cooking station upgrade made and the other weapons and stuff are not far behind. Motor is far away, but it is on this island at least. That is the best part of this is that Yeah, you get 26 wolf pel 26 wolf meat and two trophies from uh from doing nothing.
